Today I went to Sarah Louise Norris for my first Reiki session.

The therapy room was lit with a gentle flickering Angel candle and little fairy lights.

Gentle soothing music in the background. The therapy bed was laid was out with a soft blanket. I started to feel relaxed. Sarah was so gentle, I started relaxing. Sarah led me to a beach in my mind, I felt warm and safe.

Halfway through the session I started to feel waves soothing my body and mind. I now feel tranquil and relaxed. Sarah taught me how to repel bad energy.

I would recommend Reiki Awakening by Sarah.
